Shipping Information and Policies
Shipping Information:
The AwareHouse will do everything possible to ship your order the day we receive your payment. In addition to your order confirmation, we will also email you a shipping tracking number if your order was shipped via UPS or another method that provides us with tracking information. We will do our best to ship anywhere in the world, however there may be some added shipping charges and/or delays due to your location.
Payment options:
We are predominantly focused on using the very efficient "PAY PAL" service. They accept major credit cards. We will accept checks or money orders for mail-order transactions. For your own protection, please DO NOT send any credit card information by e-mail. Thank you.

Read below for more information about the several shipping methods we offer for orders being shipped within the U.S
We charge a single flat fee for each shipment, plus additional, smaller fees for each item in that shipment. The total shipping charge will be displayed on the last page of the order form, before you submit your order.
Here is the equation we use to calculate the total shipping cost:
(Highest Applicable Per-Shipment Cost) + (Number of Items x Per-Item Cost) = Total Shipping Fee
Standard Shipping:
**Not all items can be shipped to APO/FPO addresses. Check the item's product information page for eligibility.
Priority Mail:
- Takes 2-5 business days for delivery.
- Comes with delivery confirmation number.
One-Day Shipping:
**Shipping rates include handling charges and are based upon the weight and destination of your package. Rates start at $4.99.
The Awarehouse is currently able to ship books, CDs, DVDs, VHS videos, vinyl records, and select items to international addresses in the following countries:
*The base shipping cost for anywhere in Europe starts at $11.00 US Dollars.
If you would like to place an international order, it is IMPORTANT that you contact our shipping department by phone or email for a price quote. Your order may be significantly delayed if you don't follow these instructions.
Also, be aware that y our packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for orders that must travel outside of North America.
Customer guarantee: Our policy is very simple. If you are not satisfied with your order in any way, contact us with details. We'll make it right.
Our Returns Policy:
You may return most items for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of the date of receipt. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
Your invoice will indicate where you need to send your return.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap). Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
