Shipping Information:

At the Awarehouse, we do everything possible to ship your order the day we receive your payment. In addition to your order confirmation, we will also email you a shipping tracking number if your order was shipped via UPS. We will do our best to ship anywhere in the world, however there may be some added shipping charges and/or delays due to your location.

Payment options:

We gladly accept major credit cards, checks, and money orders for mail order transactions. For your own protection, please DO NOT send any credit card information by e-mail. Thank you.

Domestic Shipping:

We charge a single flat fee for each shipment, plus additional, smaller fees for each item in that shipment. The total shipping charge will be displayed on the last page of the order form, before you submit your order. Here is the equation we use to calculate the total shipping cost:
(Highest Applicable Per-Shipment Cost) + (Number of Items x Per-Item Cost) = Total Shipping Fee

The Awarehouse is currently able to ship books, CDs, DVDs, VHS videos, vinyl records, and select items to international addresses in the following countries:

If you would like to place an international order, it is IMPORTANT that you contact our shipping department by phone or email for a price quote. Your order may be significantly delayed if you don't follow these instructions.

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped.

Customer guarantee: Our policy is very simple. If you are not satisfied with your order in any way, contact us with details. We'll make it right.

Our Returns Policy:
You may return most items for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of the date of receipt. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
